Easy to follow and starting at a reasonable level.
Disgraceful
Agreed to a 7 day free trial but then immediately charged for a year’s membership. Tried to contact them for a refund without any response at all. Shameful.
Short work out
OMG. This has been The best work out app ever
Great daily exercise
Love that it gives you different daily exercises. It is fun and quick to do and you can feel that you’ve had a little workout.
Wow
Requires an extraordinary number of intro screens to be completed before you can see the actual app. I didn’t make it and deleted the app before I got there.

What’s the point of taking a test and then paying shouldn’t it be the other way round???

Great workout app
No longer good
Used to be an excellent app - easy to use and to stick to! But it now requires Premium for access to 95% of the workouts and programmes, which is £20 a month! Such a shame but no longer worth using.
