Great one stop meal+workout app
Great as a one-stop shop for meals and workouts for weight loss/gain or getting stronger/healthier in general. There are tons of meal options (if Pro) and lots of exercises that you can do at home with no equipment. My favorite feature is you can easily add more servings to a meal if cooking for your family, and export a shopping list you can email to yourself. If you struggle with the mental work required to figure out meals and workouts and everything, and just want an app to tell you what to do, this is it. The one thing that keeps me from following it faithfully is the meal prep time is not at all accurate. It doesn’t count the time required to chop vegetables or even cook. There’s an almond muffin recipe that needs 25-30 min in the oven but is listed as a quick 5 minute meal. I end up underestimating meal prep time and getting burned out. Workouts don’t count warm up and cool down time either. If the estimates were more accurate, I could fit them more easily into my day, instead of giving up because I probably don’t have time. I hope the developers can reevaluate the time estimates. Also more diverse recipes would be great (everything is avocado and cheese... I would like some more Asian options please)
