Amazon used to be convenient, but it’s hard to ignore the larger, more disturbing picture now. Jeff Bezos’ complete lack of morals is evident in the way Amazon operates—treating workers poorly, avoiding taxes, and contributing to the ever-growing wealth gap. Amazon’s dominance feels less like innovation and more like corporate greed at its finest. Bezos may have built an empire, but it’s built on exploitation, with zero regard for the impact on communities, small businesses, or even the environment. As an oligarch, he’s not concerned with serving people, just accumulating more power and wealth. It’s time to reconsider where we spend our money.

Amazon customer service is terrible now and they make it very difficult to return anything. They assume you are a thief and make it challenging to return anything. Contacting customer service is a disaster now and all the agents lie.

I cannot stand Jeff Bezos, why are y’all still using Amazon. You can get what you need literally anywhere else.

I've been using the Amazon app for at least 5 years and in the past year have had constant problems. I frequently get errors when searching for products. And if I get search results, I get an error when I try to go to a specific product page. Thought it might be because my phone was a few years old. That was not the problem - got my new iPhone a few days ago and still see frequent errors using the Amazon app. This is extremely annoying and needs to be fixed. Do you not have enough servers to support product search properly?

So for about a year or two now, my Amazon account has always said sorry there seems to be a problem. Sorry there seems to be a problem over and over again and the message won’t go away never goes with even after updating it over it.
