I tried to set up Subscribe & Save for supplements and specifically selected next delivery on Feb 4th. Instead the system stubbornly forced Jan 27th on me. I tried several times but no use. In the end, I cancelled the whole thing! Imagine my surprise when Amazon still sneaked that damn order on Jan 27th! I tried cancelling this unwanted order but no use. Very disappointed in Amazon. The bigger you get, the greedier you get and the less you care about customers!

I ordered a product, received a product that does not match the description, and the support just closes our conversation without even trying to help me

Одна из худших систем поиска товара с которыми я сталкивался - вводишь название конкретного товара - получаешь кучу нерелевантных предложений. Я Украинец живущий в Испании и я не могу выбрать например хорошо знакомый мне Русский язык только Английский или Испанский. Это такая форма национализма или поосто непредусмотрительность?

I will never order anything again on Spanish Amazon. Couriers just don’t come and ring the bell. And I get an email 5 days in row that my delivery was unsuccessful. I was at home all days, got UPS and DPD parcels. But not poor amazon

stupid and inconvenient system. in the browser I can log in to my account with my password without any problems. but the mobile version with the same saved password refuses to let me in all the time offering to contact the support service which boils down to one text offer to change the password on the page which is glitchy in the application itself and cannot respond in any way or offers to call by phone. terrible system
