Apple support is just for appointments and not for availability of product in the selected store on Apple supports advice… Beware
After upgrading to IOS 18 my network issue as been more as when I keep my phone near my ear it will be fine after remove from ear it’s suddenly ends the call and it will show pop up message called call failed.
Just procastination happening here. No solution.
Not one of the worst but actually the worst customer support across all industries. It’s so hard to keep track of a single request . Every time you have to look for a different agent and explain them the problem every damn time and all you get is generic answers. There is no other way to reach them . It worse than a government office in the 90s .
Hello Sir / Ma'am i had bought macbook pro M3 16 inch from Lucknow Unicorn Phoenix palassio on 5th of January 2024 but within 6 months its fan starts sound automatically and keypad and trackpad is not working except power button. after saving so much money i had bought this macbook pro. so by this email i want to say that please don't make such type of machine which defects within few months. I was very happy while purchasing this machine but now i'm blamming myself that why i bought this. Very Disappointing that product of Apple company defects within few months.
I am issuing green line issue in my iPhone 13 after 1.3 years only this is serious issue .

IMy son gifted one Iphone pro max to me with his internship remuneration and spoiled our peace of mind. The phone works fine if Wifi is connected. If no wifi can’t make or receive calls. Mobile data also not accessible. On reporting the matter I was asked to submit it at the service center Bhatinda. l collected the phone after four days. Since the problem was not sorted out, I had to submit it again. They sent the phone to Bangalore and I collected it from service centre yesterday. They told me that display of phone was replaced for network problem! From the service centre itself it was found that, the problem was not sorted out. I contacted the apple support and they also interacted with the Bhatinda service centre from my phone. The call lasted over sixty minutes. At the end Executive S P Mohammed Ezar told me that he will sort out the issue by today and provided a link and mail id to contact him today. But when I tried the link to contact, it was showing the message “Something went wrong”. No reply for the mail even. Upon contacting again, the routine talk and no solution provided. The phone is useless even after the following apple support: Five visits to the Service centre. Fifteen days the phone was with Apple. (Bhatinda and Bangalore) Over five hours of in call diagnostics. Over five hours of restore backup etc. For One lakh eighty thousand rupee I got a useless product, Idiotic customer care and the services of the good for nothing apple executives!
They take very long to figure out the issue and moreover their resolution is also not relevant with the problem. Seems like they are using hit and trial method. Very cumbersome and time wasting process
