Apple Support

At first, I was thinking I won’t ever need this app but, holy smokes, was I wrong about it! One time when I’ve bought new iPhone, I’ve forgot my credentials for 2FA and of course I’ve got superior customer service, words of encouragement as I was locked out of (obviously) my Apple ID but, the support they’re giving is so good that I’ve ended up joking as everything was resolved in a professional but warm human interaction! Way to go Apple!🫶🏼

Apple Support app is fantastic. It works flawlessly. The support agents are brilliant, they are so helpful and they helped me with multiple questions. They were very understanding of my visual impairment and helped me work around it to resolve my iPad issues. 10 out of 10 service

Absolutely clueless agent who had no clue what he is doing. Resulted in the permanent loss of personal files. Stay away.

This is useless - it keeps bringing me to the same page that I can’t access because my Apple ID is blocked. It won’t let me change my password even though I updated it two weeks ago and took note of it. I can’t access password without putting in my password. I asked for verification code and when I put it in, it said it was incorrect. I asked for email but it didn’t send me anything. It’s no help at all. I’m going round in circles. Normally I love my iPhone but this makes me want to change

The app is great for you to see your devices, their warranty, knowledge articles.. and even log a case. The issue is that once the case is logged is not visible there and of course neither you can interact on your case through the app, or request a call. I would expect to be able to do all that from the app that is indeed dedicated and called "Apple Support"

I need a question answered so I get directed to this app. The app directs you to go to settings and hit sign in with iPhone but there is no such settings so now I need support with the support app… maybe there’s another app for that
