Soe’s Apple Watch
Awful support who talk like robots but can’t even help with the most basic question. They’re only good for “turning your device on and off again” and “toggling the switch for a few minutes”. Can’t even locate the one Apple Store in my country
The app itself is ok, you get all listed supports available for you to choose. User friendly. But the support received is a different question. The agent is nice.. Probably because he is a bot.. An AI that kept giving me “how to” links even though I told it that it doesn’t work. In the end, they did not solve my issue. The quality of support significantly dropped after Steve Jobs is no longer here.
My money got deducted a big amount and I requested a refund straight away. They rejected it and said the decision is final
4 calls 3 suggestions that has no cause or solution. Then took my number to call back and end the chat before i finish and switch me to another who knows nothing and he said let me check and never got back or never call back even when i have provided my number. Hopeless. If there is a half star i will choose there
Poor handling of inquiries, waiting for reply takes ages, answer I got is robotic and simple. My goodness I chuckled. My information is there, and you require me to provide it to you?
I don’t know why the support conversation always disconnected. I can’t get back to the conversation but I can receive the notification from that chat. So weird
A stupid app, all the agents pretend to be smart but can’t provide answers. They like to beat around the bush, ask stupid questions, and pretend not to understand. Simple questions but the answers take a long time, and the answers are all useless. Why hire stupid agents, Apple? The agents make you wait a long time but end up disconnecting or transferring to another agent, then repeatedly asking the same questions and giving roundabout answers. Please don’t be stupid.
I want to reset icloud email password but system want to sent the code to the icloud email? How i can retrieve the code if I unable to open the icloud Is this a joke?
