Lousy
You get fewer options than on the website, only slower and with a less intuitive interface. And obviously you can’t email or chat, you have to request phone time. (And I can guess who would’ve paid for that, but I’m never attempting to call again, after the complete lack of help I got last time, when I spent my time listening to someone check the same forums as I had, after a long queue.) This is the opposite of support, it’s a waste of your time and energy, don’t get fooled by the bot-reviews that’s boosted the rating.
