Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to.
If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.
Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.
As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.
AutoSleep also integrates beautifully with the Eclipse Yourself and HeartWatch apps, our premier heart, health, activity, recovery and readiness monitoring apps.

Very nice app that does sleep tracking and nothing more
Bought it when I had Apple Watch 3. Still using, and it’s just great. I like that it does not need the subscription, so I defensively sleep better knowing I don’t need to pay for it every months. Sometimes I need to adjust detected sleep time, but in overall, it does everything I need from such app.
Waste of money
Wildly inaccurate, complete waste of money. Smart alarm functionality is useless too, since waking up according to sleep stage cannot be counted on, if it counts awake time as asleep

Technically beautiful
Been using all your apps for a while now (paid), a lot of good information! Technically they all are very beautiful and probably the best out there. But the design, colors, shapes and the overall feel of all three apps is quite terrible and cluttered. Especially on the watch. Although it probably provides the most in depth information of any available product on the app store, both the watch and phone app design makes it feel outdated. Please add a function to record audio during sleep, at the moment having to pay for another app just to have that function.
Enjoying the benefits
Just got it recently after reading recommendations on reddit.
I like the fact, that it can wake me up at the lighter sleep phase during the set 28 minute window before the time I need to wake up. A lot of interesting information provided in the app to follow how your sleep is going.
Hope to improve my sleeping quality with this app.

Too auto, not sleep enough
When I sit down for an extended time in the morning, at least if I haven’t done some exercise, AutoSleep ignores the fact that I pressed buttons telling it that sleep time was over, and counts ~2 hours more sleep. (No, I never snooze at my desk; and while there may have been a time when I took multiple power naps a day, it’s now down to one a week or less.) Then, when I wake up the next morning and look at my regularity, it’s never positive; I’ve slept *only* 8 hours, compared to 9:16 average over the last week.
It’s neat that it distinguishes between wake, light sleep, deep, and still sleep. But from what I’ve found so far, still sleep is different from REM sleep, and I’m very much interested in how much REM I get.
I really like the Sleep Fuel and Readiness boxes in the morning’s report.
