App inutilizzabile perché la registrazione della carta di credito non va mai a buon fine - ma la cifra simbolica di 0,02€, che, specificano, non verrà addebitata perché serve solo a collegare la carta all’app, a ogni tentativo viene rigorosamente addebitata e non rimborsata, per poi rigettare la carta e indurre a continuare coi tentativi. Ridicoli !

My friend and I downloaded this app in order to buy bus tickets. Everything was smooth even the payment. But then no tickets found on our personal space even though we both was charged the price of the ticket. This is a 100% scam approved by the state. What a shame !

ACTV is the MAFIA of Venezia. Their application is not working, don’t try to get a ticket there because it won’t work and they will ask you to pay for additional penalties (60€ / people) as your ticket will be seen as « not validated ». That’s the worth public transport ever. Avoid them if you can

J’ai payé 25 euros pour la journée pour qu’au final ça ne fonctionne même pas et que je sois obligé de reprendre une carte en physique! Honteux cette application!!!

I registered a 7 day transport pass on the app. I had bought it on VeneziaUnica website. After an update last night I can’t find my ticket anymore. The button on the app has simply disappeared! I contacted the customer service. They were useless. I can no longer go through the automated gate to get on a boat. I had 3 days left on my ticket!

Ne fonctionne absolument pas. Ne surtout pas prendre cette app, mieux vaut acheter sur place une carte. Sinon vous risquez de perdre de l’argent.

L’idée pourrait être excellente, mais il en est tout autre. Les QR code générés par l’appli fonctionnent 1 fois sur 10. Le problème est apparement connu des agent actv, ils nous disaient de passer en dessous des portes…. Bref si c’était à refaire j’attendrai de trouver le premier guichet ouvert pour acheter une carte physique qui fonctionne à chaque fois elle…

I charged the ticket from Venezia UNICA and my ticket was just like that gone from the app, apparently no one in Italy can do anything about it… Just like that 70€ puff gone.
