Most terrible app I’ve ever experienced

It should make your life easier not a disaster. I’m a UX designer and I design app for a living. I don’t know how could you make this so unusable in English language (at least). They have 4 buttons but they are all not self-explanatory and I don’t even know where to buy ticket. There is a route checking button saying “BUY TICKET” which turns out to be saying non-purchasable after searching. Found out how to use on the last day in Venice (sort of…) You hsve to select Automotive or automotive+navigation to buy ticket? Lol After activating the ticket you have to wait 3 minutes To see the QR code means if you buy on the go you will see your bus/boat leave in front of your eyes… Anyway I don’t know how to refund the credit in there as well. I cannot cancel my registration. Venice experience at its worse.

Terrible app. Just wanted a quick download>ticket menu>payment solution prior to getting to town, instead I got lost in an inexplicably complicated app not even recognising Venice’s public transport stops. Terrible. Lost one hour and bought zero tickets.

Absolute crap. App navigation is unclear. No full English translation. No clear instructions what to do with purchased tickets (QR codes). But the worst is that QR scanners on boats don’t work properly! I made a mistake and bought two days tickets for the whole family, so for every ride on boat had to scan four QR codes. And only one in one hundred attempts successeded on my iPhone 12 mini. Sometimes even we had climb under or over the gate. Super “handy” when you are in a hurry. I suspect that this app maybe is not the one to blame, but rather a qr reader, but it gave me so much frustration, so I would give it zero stars if I could.

For all the Dutchies, the Netherlands in Italian is paesi bassi. You can register as a dutchie.

Unfortunately I could not register since the Netherlands does not exist in the country selection list.

You can’t use the app if you ‘re a Dutchie - ‘netherlands’ is not on the list unfortunatly :/

Le migliorie sono molte, ma partendo da una sarebbe molto utile aggiungere una schermata dove si visualizzano i biglietti che sono già presenti nella carta venezia. In questo modo puoi sapere se acquistarne uno nuovo oppure no.
