I complain about financial accounting. I paid 60 QAR 30 I didn't release the account
At the beginning app takes 75 QR (20$) as minimum for riding , it’s ok I uploaded my VISA card then I discovered that they take extra 30 QR (10$) as a deposit then I parked where the security told me to park and I looked the scooter and pressed end ride and go after 1 hour another 100 QR (30$) is taken from my visa I don’t know why so I removed my card from the app before it take extra money Please don’t reply by u are fixing the app and that bla bla bla this is will not return my money back And this review will be screenshoted and will be sent on riding groups in qatar
I had a 1.5 euro trip become 8 euro just because the app couldn’t understand that I was Parked at the right spot, even though me and my friend parked exactly right next to each other. It took 40 minutes to make it work and a change of the whole parking spot to another one. This is robbery and I would definitely not recommend
Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.
They steal money by not allowing you park on time

Horrible customer service, broken vehicles, app buggy and will not end rides
app doesn’t seem to work withe the new apple update. no way to easily reach out
I rode my scooter to work today and parked in the appointed corral, but the app would not end my ride. I moved back, to the side, to the other side, rotated upside down but the app was not responding to my attempts to end the ride. I closed and restarted the app a couple times, still nothing. I had to walk away and get to work. I tried to find a number to call, but there is no number for Byrd. I tried to get to the help page, but there is no help. I resorted to finding a random email for on the website and reporting the issue. My ride was finally finalized by Johnny which I’m grateful for, but I won’t be riding a Byrd scooter after this. Until they fix issues with being able to contact them in case of an app or scooter issue, you’re up chts creek with a scooter clocking time you’re not using.
