BluOS Controller

I’ve been using the BluOS app for a while now, and honestly, it’s a frustrating experience. The interface feels outdated and clunky, with basic navigation that’s unintuitive and overly complicated. Connecting to my devices is a constant headache—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and I often have to restart the app multiple times just to get it to recognize my system. Playback is another issue. The app frequently lags, drops connections, or completely freezes, forcing me to restart everything. Considering this app is supposed to be a premium solution for high-end audio systems, the performance is unacceptable. Another major letdown is the playlist and library management. It’s slow, lacks customization options, and often fails to sync properly. Integration with streaming services is inconsistent, and searching for music can be painfully sluggish. For an app that supports high-fidelity audio, the software side of things feels like an afterthought. If you’re investing in a BluOS system, be prepared to deal with an app that feels half-baked. It desperately needs a major overhaul.

The app loses connection to the node2i at least every day.

Great app easy tu use. It would be even better if I culd control network services more. Favorite tracks, artists, albums and more.

This recent Bluos sw release is not reliable, due to unforeseen interruptions while Pulse 2i mini playing. Device goes to standby mode suddenly during listening music. Expecting reliable sw release, soon. Thank you.

Current revision wiped out all favorites. Also, moving between different WiFi environments now seems to be an issue where it never was in the past. Seems to me that some decent Beta testing would be a plus for users!

I find that I constantly have to reset the speakers to get them to connect to my phone. The app itself is buggy and breaks whenever the speakers disconnect (which is often).

There seems to be something fundamentally incompatible with the new iPhone BluOs app. Local network access never seems to work. I’ve gone through the standard troubleshooting but never works. Had the player working but now the app seems to be faulty. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was decent for a few years until latest update. Stopped loading content and now won’t connect to my network. Please fix this app so I don’t have to buy another streamer!

Just updated to the latest version. Failed to load content and it asked to try again. Attempted several times but still with same results..! As with other reviewers, this is very disappointed..!! PLEASE FIX this ASAP

Ever since the most recent update it doesn’t work anymore. I have an iPad I can still control my player from, but from my phone it doesn’t connect to the Node anymore. Frustrating.
