BluOS Controller

Everytime I update this app my music library connected to my Synology NAS vanishes. The last update was terrible and I have lost connectivity again. I decided not to update this app again. I have no choice but to use Blu OS as I have NAD 3050 amplifier. Else I will never use this app….

I have 5 players connected and almost every time i need to play, i need to refresh and reconnect. Looking at the reviews, i should switch to sonos

Good when it works. Frustrating when it doesn’t.

Sometimes it works. Sometimes does not. Company responsible for releasing a product which is not market ready, should get bankrupt.

User friendly, reliable and high resolution music streaming, Bluesound is the most complete hi res music streaming system in the market, i have personally tried out most of the system in the market

Running 4 blusound powernodes 2i on WiFi and it’s a terrible experience. Half the time I don’t have my players showing up in the app- and the latest update meant I lost all my players in the app, even if they appear in Spotify and are connected in my ubiquiti network. Cant seem to get the app right, and updates break it more than ever. Contacted support and got a canned response that closed the matter- shows that they are probably getting the same issues across many users. You got a good product fellas, but a poor user experience. Do better.

Just starter using it with Bluesound Node 2i to stream Tidal Master via digital optical interconnect to Hegel H190 DAC. Very happy with the this app. Easy too use.

Not too sure how could a system like this require constant reset. 8 out of 10 times no music could be played on the first try. Utterly disappointed.

I have both Sonos and bluesound. While my bluesound sounds noticeably better, not much but noticeable, the software is a heaven and earth difference. Sonos software and access to songs are faster, more intuitive, doesn’t require ‘indexing’, and there is no 17sec delay to starting the music. Podcasts are faster to load and internet radio sounds and loads faster. Can’t bluesound follow and learn and improve from their Sonos counterparts?

How can you put something out that does not connect for iPhone. I have to keep rebooting this piece of crap
