My experience after more than a year
Works well but not as responsive as the Sonos app. Lagging at times and not as smooth. Tidal integration is great. Sound quality from Bluesound PowerNode is top notch!
New blue controller app
Seriously how are we supposed to control the volume when the controller app has the volume buttons half showing in the bottom of my iPhone 🤬
Cueing function
Love the app but would love to have a cueing function on the main interface screen and a time indicator as the song progresses
BlueSound Node - Excellent Product
I am very pleased with the build quality and acoustic performance. The only audio device that I have recently purchased that has worked perfectly and as advertised, straight out of the box. I will gladly and with confidence, recommend the BlueSound Node to any audio enthusiast, who wishes to stream higher quality audio. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, springs to mind, when using the device application. Great product !
Bad integration with Tidal
It basically works, but the integration with Tidal is really bad. Open the app, go to Tidal and wait, then wait some more after a few minutes- say 3-5 - you song start to be listed. This renders the app basically useless. Expected better.

OK, but….
Current revision wiped out all favorites. Also, moving between different WiFi environments now seems to be an issue where it never was in the past. Seems to me that some decent Beta testing would be a plus for users!
More hassle than they’re worth
I find that I constantly have to reset the speakers to get them to connect to my phone. The app itself is buggy and breaks whenever the speakers disconnect (which is often).
Local network access
There seems to be something fundamentally incompatible with the new iPhone BluOs app. Local network access never seems to work. I’ve gone through the standard troubleshooting but never works. Had the player working but now the app seems to be faulty. 🤷🏻♂️
