Breeze: Start Self Reviews

Stay away

Ms_m_yan on

Stay away. They advertise it to make you think it’s only a trial you are paying for. The trial don’t even give you decent results or any. Than they take £25 a month for the last 2 months. And trying to cancel subscription is a nightmare. Downloaded app just to cancel subscription but was directed to their website that don’t work. Pathetic how they are targeting vulnerable people.

Essentially just a journal app

Unipug2016 on

It seems like there are some really validating and useful stuff on here, too bad it’s behind a paywall of £8.99. Also, they “offer” a free trial, but when I tried to trial the subscription they took the money from me anyway and I had to get a refund because I only wanted to test it. Please don’t promote ADHD / Anxiety help if you’re going to lie and hide it behind a subscription service.

You have to pay?!

I’m not paying just to get help with my mental health I have possible adhd I used to do self harm and your telling me I have to pay to recover? No way! -Maisiemoo67

Disappointed rather unimpressed

Unhappy investor!! on

Teach me to spontaneously sign up to something off social media! Answer some questions, pay £1 for a personal report (never landed in inbox) pay a further £9.99 to upgrade, just money wasted to access an App that requires a further weekly subscription .. good marketing but feel slightly scammed

Awful

sleepztoken on

United Kingdom

I wanted to try the trauma test, seeing it on tiktok i signed up. It was sort of complicated but after id logged in i saw the test, clicked on it, i have to pay for it? Im not paying just to do tests, it never said in the advert that id have to pay just to do tests. Not happy.

Immediate refund

Scam app - charges when it says free trial

Alaska how much you would be willing to pay, but says you will not be charged at this time. 2 seconds after putting PayPal details in I got charged before opening Scam artists!

Absolute con and took money

Crofty1975 on

Expected an email with results and all I got was a thank you for coming to breeze and £24.99 out of my account I didn’t sign up for. I want this refunded. And trying to unsubscribe is extremely hard. Finally managed it. Give me my money back I didn’t authorise you to take.

Horrific App😂😂 CON AVOID

FPMD12 on

United Kingdom

Quite possible the worst app I’ve ever experienced. Given the advertising targets people with complex issues, the level of questioning was so basic and as for the results it’s an actual con. Promote “detailed results and insights” however the analysis was 5 sentences maybe with the most generic summary of a complex trauma which I honestly believe Google AI would explain more. And the insights are standard pre-made templates not really specific to you personally and I’m no way directly linked tomyir own results just the topic in general. For the price of the subscription you would be better of seeing someone professional monthly or there are much better apps out there. It’s also very misleading the trial. Force you pay for a free trial but don’t be fooled the trial Is not via the App Store it’s direct on website and there’s about 4 steps to cancel. I cancelled an hour after downloading it is possible so I didn’t actually lose the money other reviews are stating but it’s easy to see how you would. This is very much a data mining app as it asks for permission to a lot of things to “function” preying on those with genuine complex issues then locking us into expensive subscriptions. Avoid at all costs literally!

Total Scam

Will D-B on

They took money from my account without my approval. Do not download this app and do not give your payment details. Total rip off!!
