I regret buying this device
Canary is getting worse as time goes by. They removed an AWFUL LOT of functionalities from the free service and keep charging too much. I definitely do not recommend it.

Every update its worse
I cant use my account now. This app was perfect a long time ago. Now this app close every sinhle time that i access mu acount. Its impossimble to see every camera. Because off this i giveup to pay another year of the cloud. Please try to make the thinks like they was in the pass!! Was a very good app and service… but now nothing worse…

Dont buy it.
Terrible product. At the beggining everything was free, than every module started to be pay extra, to talk, to record, history... be prepared for bad surprises in the way. People get in my home and there is no recording, no message warning as it supposed to, but every time my dog cross or the curtain moves with the wind a “person” is at home (detailed: in the past the AI understood it wasnt a person, but upgraded for bad). Im using since day one when it was launched and supported by me in kickstarter. I bought 2. One I already give it away. The one thats lefted is a paper weight. Sooo dissapointed. And wasnt cheap.

After some update some free features disapear!!! Now you have to pay for them!!! Lack of respect!!! You should not do it with hours clients!!! Disappointed!!! We Loose nigth mode and recording as well!!!
Scam
Last year I bought their camera, instead of the competition, strictly for the free (albeit limited) cloud storage, which was enough for my needs. A recent forced update removed this, now you have to pay to access most of the functionality the device had before. A true “downgrade”. Do you want to risk the company moving the goalposts on your device again, in the future? DO NOT BUY FROM CANARY.
