Great job done by this device. Gives me secure feeling for my distant home.

I bought a camera and downloaded the app, but it doesn't work. When I launch it, the app crashes and doesn't allow me to create an account.

Please fix bug or glitch everytime I try to make an account when I’m on the last step the app closes on me. I keep installing and uninstalling and same issue over and over again.

Cannot get past the sign in screen on current iOS version. crashes as others stated. but I decided I’m gonna hold out some hope on an update and take a chance. I can’t speak on advertisements or anything as I was not even able to get that far.

Claims to be an easy set up with the latest update fixing the bugs but I can’t even open the app without it kicking me out. Terrible product thus far

I’m very dissatisfied with this product. The device device itself is shabby. The app is poorly executed. Customer support is horrible. Wyze so much more functional and economical

I’ve had canary for a few years. If your equipment works fine it’s all good. But if one device decides to stop working, well you’re screwed. It’s impossible to delete an item of your device list. App is very basic and not customer friendly. If you have to reach out to support via email they are about as useless as boobs on a fish. I’m switching to a better security platform

We’ve had these cameras for a long time. When most of the features were free, this was an awesome camera system. Then they made you pay for a subscription and everything went downhill from there. The app doesn’t work most of the time. You have to pay for premium service for EACH camera to record anything on your timeline. I will nit renew for next year and will stick with other cameras that do not charge for each camera service. There’s just way too much competition out there for this kind of low level service.

I bought two cameras at once hoping to use both. I kept the Canary and sent back the other one! Canary was easy to set up and works GREAT for what I need. Thank you Canary! Highly recommend

I’ve had Canary for years now and I literally can never get through to anyone for assistance. The app is full of bugs and I’m so frustrated I yelled directly into the camera. I can’t take it.
