Everytime I check the camera now a huge full screen ad of a woman in bra with huge tattoos telling me to download her chat app and how we will both make each other happy. It’s totally out of control that they have to resort to those types of ads for the camera to run without a paid membership. It would make more sense to have ads for home goods & cleaning products. No gambling or adult ads unless you op in ok?

I’ve had Canary for maybe 10 years. Wish I hadn’t. Worst experience you could have, the tech support is possible the worst in the entire universe. Multiple cameras won’t connect, you can’t set notifications correctly, and the app will stop working and crash randomly. App also don’t work with the new iPhone update. They said I’ll just have to wait until the next Canary update. Don’t waste your money.

Camera does not work. Works on other people’s phones but not mine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I’ve turned the phone on and off. Doesn’t work. Device is useless.

The app will no longer open. Before it would constantly freeze. Now I can’t even open the app.

camera wont even let me see live even though it says its online and to top it off all the voices sound deep the opposite of someone on helium.

The app crashes every time I try to register / log in. Can’t get past the home screen.

Buyer Beware!! Read critical reviews first!! Very dishonest Company. Had unmonitored $99.00 service for 4 cameras for years. They just renewed my membership for $200.70! I never agreed to pay that, They will not honor our old agreement so I’m now stuck with 4 Cameras that barely function. Also even though I have a paid “unmonitored” subscription they’ve decided to add constant advertisements. So even though I need to check out a security camera because I got an alert I can’t see anything because a commercial is playing.🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Their customer service is the best! Very professional and prompt. Exceeded my expectations in every way.
