Carla Car Rental - Rent Easy

When I went to pick up my car at Advantage after paying through the platform, they demanded ridiculous additional charges just because I had an international driver’s license (including all sorts of excessive insurance fees). I had no other options at the time, so I reluctantly paid. Afterward, I emailed Carla to request mediation, hoping to get at least a partial refund. However, they showed no intention or willingness to help. Just use Rentalcars instead. With Rentalcars, there were no extra charges, and I even got a free upgrade.

At the airport, the rental car counter was closed and the phone number left there (maybe the number of the manager) told me that the car had problem so he announced the rental car online site for the cancellation. After a month, I never got refund, and Carla customer service just told me that I wasn't there (No Show) so it's the cancellation made by me. I sent them the history of me making phone call to the manager and also the recipt (showing time and full route of my taxi journey) but they never gave me a refund. Never use this app in order not to loose your money and ruin your vacation.

I didn’t expect like this helpful app.I just downloaded but then I saw this is really amazing. With cheap rates.

I just wonder... if it would be true it's really cheap. I just can't trust it. is it real? where can I see information about app company?

I made a reservation with this app. But, when I went to the shop, it was closed. I had to pay much more at different rental shop. Information is not correct. Useless app!!

Great app

Beginning of this year I rented a car to go to South Dakota. I canceled a car but was trying different options for pricing. Each time I went thru affirm to get a loan to help me pay off said cars. I didn't cancel one of the cars which I wasn't to much worried about bci hadn't canceled. How ever I'm stuck with a $617 debt and nothing off my record after I've reported this not being canceled on Carla's side. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

if i could give zero i would. it’s a scam. don’t bother using this third party app. i honestly don’t know how it has 4.6 stars. i got scammed $55.70.

Everything is great except when you run into a problem. I was “passed off” to a higher up by the customer service 3 months ago and still no response. If you have an issue nobody will help or even talk to you. Scam. My “carla cash” is also missing despite it supposedly lasting 18 months. I would do any other service before this one.
