I hire cars with Carla for years and it just works without any complication. I like the efficiency.

Dont rent ur car here they scam you

We rented a car starting in Edinburgh. First, they don’t have an office. With some luck we found a keybox and an intercom in an nearby underground car park. They didn’t answer the phone the first 15 minutes. After that it took us more then 2 hours to go trough the procedure. They had made more then 1 mistake in my booking. I had to call my bank as well because they didn’t trust this company. And they are right about that.

No reservations are made, but credit card is charged anyhow.

Rented a BMW s7 at Delpaso Malaga with Carla app. After 5 days of no mail and no further details, I called DELPASO. They haven’t got my reservation and they don’t have BMW7 in their car parc. NO CAR AND NO RESERVATION. They took €170 euro from my credit card for nothing. Can’t call them, only an email which gives ROBOT answers. What a scam. If this is the way you do business. What a joke.

Very cool app! Very simple and clear! But Be careful rental company’s will try misuse you because we rent cheap and smart they try to put damage in your shoes!! Special Green motion uk! They give you a car and if you don’t check with high accuracy !! They will search with a high preformance light the car to find damage even on the inside of the paint in the car booth and doors
