I opened a bank account at the commonwealth bank in Burwood. Very kind and friendly staff helped me in everything in a super excellent way!

I use different banks especially in UE but CBA is the most advance logical , supportive and friendly use. Thanks cba

App doesn’t send the NetCode! Useless!!!

I'm disgusted that cooBank invested nearly $3.9 billion into polluting fossil fuels last year. Australian deserve clean air and a living Great Barrier Reef. CommBank needs to stop funding coal now.

I can't see my account operations and if I try to update it, it closes by itself

As soon as I open my account to check transactions, the app closes. I deleted and re-downloaded it, turned the phone off, restarted it, but still the app is not working!

Easy and usefull application

This is the worst bank in Australia by far, with an awful app to compliment it, “Ceba” is never helpful, has never once understood a question, when I finally get onto a human they just make excuses and try to palm me off, every time I figure out the horrible layout of the app it all gets changed around again so beats me how to use the app at all really, not that it has been useable lately, between the “outages” and “that doesn’t look right” screens I can’t even check my balance, I hate this bank, please shut down commonwealth, i cannot wait to shut down my account

Beware of contacting the bank online. I had a very unsatisfactory support coming from online support team. I waited for more than 30 minutes calling and did not resolve my concern. I attempted thrice in calls already, wasted my time on my fist 2 and got no one answering and imagine 30 minutes waiting each call. The support just said she does not know what I am talking about - well it’s just about their credit card! Now I need to go back to my local bank AGAIN as they are not able to address my concern. Planning to change to another bank and pull out all my accounts from this very unsatisfactory service!
