The only way I can get anything done is by phone call. Minimum 2 hours each time. App useless. On line sometimes works. Quitting to find a bank w working App and online functionality.cant even submit this feedback!!

Anytime you engage with the app beyond transferring money, you realise how buggy and it really is. Anytime I went to message a specialist, the conversation would disappear and an error message would display.

Zero Customer Support

Previously, it was possible to receive actual customer support after wasting a few hours with Ceba. Now, there is literally zero support available. Commbank is happy to let its customers be stuck overseas without access to their money, because being competent would be too expensive I guess.

The new app update is a joke. They have crossed the line in collecting your personal information and those of your family. While some of the items seem okay they go too far. I’ll be deleting the app and moving to my other bank. They collect the same information on their website and there is no way for you not to consent and keep using the bank. A list of what they now collect is below. Just updated to the latest version of the app and now I am stuck in a loop where I try to log in and once I type in my code it tells me I am logged out. Cannot use the app at all. Please fix this ASAP! App has always been amazing prior to this.
