Keeps crashing about 90% of the time when starting up

Very sluggish to set up. Does not send the code to mobile so that you end up calling the helpdesk (3 x) and having unproductive discussions with bot on the site. Took me more than 2 hours to set it up!

When I want to transfer an ammount that ends with zeroes, the app deletes this zeroes in the transfer. So if I want to transfer 180$ it changes to 18$ in the transfer. Highly annoying!

This is the worst bank in Australia by far, with an awful app to compliment it, “Ceba” is never helpful, has never once understood a question, when I finally get onto a human they just make excuses and try to palm me off, every time I figure out the horrible layout of the app it all gets changed around again so beats me how to use the app at all really, not that it has been useable lately, between the “outages” and “that doesn’t look right” screens I can’t even check my balance, I hate this bank, please shut down commonwealth, i cannot wait to shut down my account

Beware of contacting the bank online. I had a very unsatisfactory support coming from online support team. I waited for more than 30 minutes calling and did not resolve my concern. I attempted thrice in calls already, wasted my time on my fist 2 and got no one answering and imagine 30 minutes waiting each call. The support just said she does not know what I am talking about - well it’s just about their credit card! Now I need to go back to my local bank AGAIN as they are not able to address my concern. Planning to change to another bank and pull out all my accounts from this very unsatisfactory service!

Cant see balance after the update

All my account balances are offline all you can show is my balances of 9 hours ago. Not good enough.

Service speed is very very slow. Plz try to do it ASAP
