Anytime you engage with the app beyond transferring money, you realise how buggy and it really is. Anytime I went to message a specialist, the conversation would disappear and an error message would display.
Newly added categories not shown to allocate budget in Category budgets.
Previously, it was possible to receive actual customer support after wasting a few hours with Ceba. Now, there is literally zero support available. Commbank is happy to let its customers be stuck overseas without access to their money, because being competent would be too expensive I guess.
Doing normal transactions and accounts were blocked
The new app update is a joke. They have crossed the line in collecting your personal information and those of your family. While some of the items seem okay they go too far. I’ll be deleting the app and moving to my other bank. They collect the same information on their website and there is no way for you not to consent and keep using the bank. Just updated to the latest version of the app and now I am stuck in a loop where I try to log in and once I type in my code it tells me I am logged out. Cannot use the app at all. Please fix this ASAP! App has always been amazing prior to this.
It’s great to see that the change to add new categories however you have not included this in creating category budgets. Job only half done!
