Received my card and went to activate, but the CVC number on card different than in app. Rest of it is correct

I updated the app and for some reason I saw two app icons on my phone so I proceeded to delete one of the icons but shockingly the two app icons went missing, meaning the app was gone. I redownloaded the app and it asked me to log in using a netcode but I have never been able to receive any net codes anymore since then. I called customer device multiple times only to be frustrated. I used to be able to be receive netcode on this phone prior to the update. If you are thinking about updating your app, think twice now!

The new app refresh is bad. What happened to my customising your wallpapers? All I see is bright ugly yellow now. Why did you fix something that wasn’t broken?

Mobile app works well, but I was unable to switch between client number accounts, as I want to keep separate for business purposes. I couldn’t find help or faqs for this task, other that deleting app and reinstalling

Needs a verification code to log in - sent by sms, if you no longer have the same phone number it tells you to call their customer service number so you can be put on hold for 45 mins just for an operator to tell you to visit a branch. Sweet F.A. help if you’re overseas, not near a branch, or in Quarantine!

I have only baked in Canada and Australia and I can say for certain this app is much better then anything we have in Canada with our big 5 banks. Furthermore, it’s actually light years a head from what I have in Canada, from the UI and UX experience its amazing. Not to mention the kind of customer experience and support via the app and channels like FB have been unreal good. E.g. I was over seas and had an issue with my bank card. I requested a call back from CS agent via FB messenger. I was called back with in 5min and my issue sorted in 3 min. Hopefully Canada can catch up or learn.

Funding coal projects is despicable at this stage in the earth's history. Do you not care what sort of world our children will inherit?

Great app.. And has gotten a lot more user friendly but when will be able to deposit cheques directly from the app by taking a picture like other banks..?

They suggested I get this app because Kaching was going to be discontinued. I haven't even had the chance to use this app as it crashes every time I try to log in. Fix it please or bring Kaching back!!
