4) Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
5) Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Ich habe Testperiod für 1€ bekommen, irgendwie man hat von meinem Konto 70€ abgezogen und ich muss gerade auf die Antwort von Service Team mindestens 4 Tage warten. Ich stehe unter dem Schock!!!

Scammers! Where is my refund????? Why no one ic contacting me?????Ive made a one time purchase of around 1 euro but never subscribed for the app. They charged me 39, 99 euro. I've contacted them to ask for refund but they can't find my email in the system but they can find my bank details to charge my account. Of course they can't find my email because I've never subscribed on the first place.

Hab die App schon vor einiger Zeit gelöscht und auch die automatische Verlängerung ausgestellt, jedoch Bucht es immer noch 19,00€ ab. Unnötiges Zahlen für eine App die man doch nicht sehr oft benützt.

Wollte einen Test machen, habe €1.- bezahlt & für das Ergebnis hätte ich weiter zahlen müssen. Also wieder gelöscht & extra unter Abos geschaut ob ich eh nichts abonniert habe. Und Tage später werden mir plötzlich €19.99 abgebucht. Pure Abzocke 🤬
