Your app keeps charging me for things I never subscribed to, and now you’re telling me I can’t get a refund? Their email responses are identical to the last one they sent me—no resolution, no accountability, just screen shots of how they are not going to refund me . As this is beyond frustrating, I have no choice but just leave a bad review! And I was very nice everytime I contacted your support team. But they keep charging me for purchases I did not make, and when I say I didn’t make them, I mean it. They Keep their scam running if they want, but I won’t stay quiet about how poorly you they treat concerned customers in these situations. What a complete waste of my time.

I made a 3 days premium trial for 1€. The app immediately charged me a 29,99€ purchase for a PDF I didn’t ask for. Basically they put the buttons there so you can click on it and the payment is automatically charged. I didn’t read anything for this PDF purchase, I didn’t want it and worst is that the app doesn’t take responsibility for this and doesn’t refund you. I really don’t recommend the use of this app, is dishonest and not user friendly. They’re more friendly of them own business! Shame!

My subscription is still valid and the app never opens. Just loads loads and nothing happen. Definitely not worth it.

Filled everything and showed was a free app. At the final stage we noticed that we must to pay.. all right I paid but they charged me a whole different amount and I never got any email with my appointment results. I tried to get some support on the matter to receive or cancel the supposedly subscription and guess what .. the number was wrong on don’t belong to them. Felt like a Scam honestly. End of the day was my bank solving the issue and I was forced to cancel my own banking card as I never got any reply or support from these people. I wish they were transparent or not take people money like that. Poor costumer service. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP !!!

I payed 1€ and 20 min later cancel that subscription, now they took 20€ and a week after another 20€. Now I have to request new card. Thieves

Pagamos o que pagamos temos direito a 3 minutos de consulta… nem a uma pergunta respondem corretamente. 3 minutos a engonhar em vez de fazerem render a “consulta” sempre recomendei esta aplicação… mas assim fica duvidoso. Pena…
