They are charging me every month despite cancelling subscription

Like a lot of the reviews mentioned, this app still charged me after I cancelled the subscription on the same day I signed up for the free trial. I too agree that this feels really scammy 😡

I clearly remember I unsubscribe from this app and guess what they continue to charge me on my credit card. I reached out to their support but there has been no response so far. Apple should seriously look into this app before many other suffer.

i only wanted to try for fun as it said it inly costed $1.99. after that i deleted the app as it was boring and suddenly my apple pay popped up $39.99 charged. for what i didn’t even want to pay for that much. this is definitely a scam!!! don’t download this app!!!

Please do not use this, this is a scam!

I have been trying to unsubscribe from the app but there is no unsubscribe button. The app says we can unsubscribe anytime and all we have to do is write in to their support team. I wrote in to their support email but all I have been getting are automated replies and that they take up to 4 business days to reply. How is 4 business days equivalent to “cancel anytime”? Can Astroline please reply my email? Perhaps it would make more sense if they put the clause “cancel 4 business days” instead of “cancel anytime” because we can’t cancel anytime!

Can apple ban this app please. It does not allow to unsubscribe and it has been deducting amount from my bank account.

I have deleted and remove everything and I am still been charged about $20 per 2 weeks. I'm unable to unsubscribe this. anyone can advice? this app is freaking expensive!

Got the $1 deal and it still charged my card even after cancelling for some other service i didnt even click for?? Wtf.
