Your free trial will turn into a subscription. I have canceled 3 times and have still been charged. This month I’ve been charged $40.98 when I thought I canceled… but in order to actually cancel. You have to hit a link after you hit cancel subscription. But even so, the monthly payment is $19.99… so why is $40.98 being taken out when I haven’t even purchased anything through this app. This app is a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! SCAM!! Very unhappy.

I have never left a one star review and very rarely leave reviews but I really have to speak on this. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I am unsure of how they have a 4.2 rating I don’t think some of those reviews are real. DO NOT FALL FOR IT DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!!! I had cancelled my subscription through the app and on my setting in my App Store and on my phone. However I guess you have to follow up and still email them or find an email from them to confirm it. That’s frankly so wrong. I should not have to press cancel and confirm it more than once let alone have to go through a whole separate system than just cancelling in the app. When emailing customer service about this I was denied a refund even though I showed I had an email saying I cancelled it prior to the trial ending. Instead of understand they sent me pictures say look you didn’t follow our policy which all it states is you can cancel at any time which I did. It’s such a waste of money and the scam you for more. It’s a shock they are allowed to get away with this and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know how much of a money making scam this is. If your goal is to help people and get them in touch with astrology then you shouldn’t be this must of a joke. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Be aware when canceling service they will throw a pop up page to purchase something that will charge you immediately and it is in no relation to a (trying to get you to stay at a lower price.) It was to speak to somebody for “9min for $19.99” there will be no confirm order. They will not refund.

I had signed up for a trial. Paid the $1 for the 7 days and ended up cancelling just over 24 hours after. I was then charged $30 for a compatibility test I never asked for. When I reached out to have this refunded, they said they won’t refund the money, even though, I never asked for or signed up for this compatibility test. If I could give zero stars I would.

I sent the request on my trail to cancel my subscription, they answered but IGNORED my request and charged me a month. Then when I asked them to refund as soon as I saw it they claimed that they didn't see me canceling. It’s a scam for sure. I'll have to spend time disputing my credit card. I just don't understand it's 2024 why people still do this trick to waste their reputation and the customer's time.

Greedy. Making unauthorized payments without my permission. Screw whoever is behind this app.

I approved a $1 charge. They clickbait a 29.99 charge. Funny how the 29.99 one went through first!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I accidentally purchased a subscription and didn't realize it until I was charge $20. They refused to refund my money after reaching out. Feel free to read the other 50+ reviews in which the same thing happen to multiple individuals. I'm assuming a law suit will be coming their way. 👀

I’m not sure why it says that this app is $5.00. I signed up to trial the app. It does give a lot of info, however, they charge $20 every two weeks and the process to cancel has too many steps. Then just when you think you have canceled, they’ve charged you again. I requested that they canceled my subscription through email. Then I get an email saying sorry to me go. Please go to this link to let us know why you’re canceling. Then when I click the link and login I ended up in chat with somebody asking me if I have any burning questions. So I told him I want to cancel my subscription and he said he couldn’t help me. I didn’t understand why I was in that chat. I’m sure requesting a refund is going to be just as complicated.

Terrible app, awful customer service.
