Don’t subscribe for trial (it’s a smart trap) as afterwards you can’t change you mind and there can be too late as money has disappeared from account. Everything important is written in the small letters. I send e-mail that I did’t want to subscribe for month, answer e-mail states that I have everything chosen and they keep the money!

Also had trial for 1 Eur and they charged me for report with generic info for 29,99 Eur. Without report purchase you’re unable to explore app further. Awful UX.

I hate this app, I wanna get back my money , they gave to me email but i have sent about my full name , payment receipt and data to the email, but every time they give same answer to me. How can I get back my money?

I made subscription about 1€ for look in app. Some minutes later Astroline took from my account 29,99€ about some kind of personal description which I didn’t ask. Waiting for payment back, but no answer.

this is deceiving people. the program shows one thing, but for 29.99 they send completely different information, not personal, but common to all horoscopes, this is deception. I pressed the wrong button and bought a horoscope by mistake, asked for a refund, especially after reading the information they sent for the money, this is a general horoscope that I can find on the Internet. When I asked for a refund, they refused.

I can't cancel the application payment and every week 19.99 euros are deducted from my account. and when I write to support, no one answers me

I’ wanted to try free trial for one week , but i still got charged. Now i want my refund

Today, I bought a 3-day trial for 1 euro. The money was taken via Face ID with Apple Pay, and then this window popped up with "get my pdf" and very small letters below saying "I don't want to get my pdf". I pressed that small “i dont want pdf”, but instead "get my pdf" was pressed and immediately, without Apple Pay authorization 29.99 euros were taken from my account. I wrote to support saying I didn't want this purchase, to which they replied that they do not refund the money. Fine, I thought I'd log into the app with my email and see what i biught.. but the app doesn't recognize me and my purchased product DOES NOT EXIST!!! Money has been taken from me, but I have received nothing!!!

Pay for 3 day, and after that started to take money out of my account. I’m very sad:(

Once today I paid subscription abonement for three days, with this e- mail and write all my birth data and made a photo from may palm, but now even i use the same e-mail adrees. application doesn't recognise me and my payment and i must pay again
