An app with a sleek design that allows for clarity in tracking habits.

This app helped me quit drinking completely! The pride that I have in my streak is sometimes the only thing that encourages me to decline a drink when I’m tempted. I highly recommend this app for anyone who is ready to track certain things in their life to reveal patterns and make improvements for themselves.

Visually this app helps me sort the rainbow chaos of my past and present habits both healthy and unhealthy. I’m a recovered sex addict.
