Days Since can help you break any bad habit.
Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

I think it’s quite literally the best app i’ve found to track streaks and stuff. Absolutely recommend!
Helpful
This app is so simple, yet it has helped me kick some bad habits that I really struggled with. Next week I will reach 100 since that habit, and it is mostly due to this app showing me the number climbing (and how competitive I get when I see a number)

Neat design, good features
I like the design and the features, including the new Goals feature. It would be really nice to have a widget on the Apple Watch. I would prefer that over the complication.
Beautiful app, minimalist design
I tried out so many apps and stayed with this one because it is the only one so far that really follows the minimalistic, apple-like design approach that I appreciate. Also the app is being developed continuously. I recommend the premium version.
