Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.

Keeping a streak is so satisfying.
I love this app. I keep track of the days without junk food. The widgets are something you should really try. Update: although the app is good, i found a very annoying glitch where I reset the counter on a specific day and time, and the timer says 0. Please fix it!

Different counters please
Please add more types of counters, for example, one that increases only by tapping, not automatically. It would be useful for tracking positive habits (days when you read everyday, when you went to the gym etc) than just staying away from bad habits.
