so easy to use, and you can track more than one thing. i love this app!!!

It’s a good app. I love the widgets and the calendar in the app where you can see all the times you reset things.

I think if you have Herat to change something you’ll be able to hopefully and this app can I guess help you out in difficult times

I’ve been using it for two years & I love it. I would’ve given 5 stars, but even the best things can be improved. I’ve never had the slightest bug/glitch/issue with this app which is very impressive. NO Ads is a huge plus!! The Face ID & passcode unlock is a great option to have. Having the choice of what the app icon looks like is also nice. More icon & color options would be great. Simply a Great app!

Helps me remember when I quit smoking and allows me to continue my journey:) Whenever I'm craving, I just take a look on Days Since and it feels good to know how long it's been. Helps to remind me to take some deep breathes and the cravings subside. Seriously super helpful

This app has been very useful for tracking my quest to cut back on habits such as eating sweets, fast food, and drinking alcohol. The widgets are great. It’s easy to reset and see how long of a streak you’ve had. This app has helped me successfully make healthy changes in my life.
