Days Since can help you break any bad habit.
Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

An alright app, with a hefty price
Looks and works good enough. Calendar view is kinda neat. I like it. Main screen could’ve been bit more intuitive. I don’t see why reordering can’t be done via drag ‘n drop versus separate “reorder” menu. Having contextual options on long press (remember 3D touch? me neither) would’ve been nice. Quick options to reset and delete are appreciated. I cannot possibly justify spending any more than one-time-purchase of $12 to gain shortcuts compatibility (only thing I really desire). Remember the good ‘ol days, when the every single app didn’t have a subscription, and could’ve be purchased outright? I miss those times. Also consider localizing prices to different regions with different economic backgrounds. Maybe in US 22 bucks/year isn’t much, yet I don’t see how people in poorer countries can justify the price. Localized pricing for digital goods is a well-researched topic to help penetrate growing markets and increase both sales and overall revenue.
