Never lets me update the destination, every time I’ve tried to update the destination during a trip, I receive an error message. This is a really basic functionality that a ride app should be able to perform without an error
This is a fraud app and to pay more without any details use this app.
I suggest to didi if you don’t have money to pay drivers then should be sit down in your house please don’t compilation with Uber . I did work with didi on 31/12/2024 and after work I did initiate withdrawal from didi account and I never got a single dollar in my bank account and I did work 1/1/2025 and I did whole night work with didi without a single minute sleep and end of 13 hours I did again withdraw and I did not get any money in my account and then next I did call to didi support and they blamed on my bank account but bank said they did not receive any amount from didi and then again call to didi support they said it’s my fault. So you are showing rules and policy very clearly for drivers . No any single rule apply on the didi . If you say that you paying money in few minutes then you should pay it to drivers in a minute otherwise should write if any ones doing work with didi, they are getting money next 6 business days that’s it. With rules and policies.
Driver not help for new customers to cancel the trip if they booked wrong.

Unjustly charged a cleaning fee. No recourse to appeal and wasn’t able to speak to anyone
I have a complaint and no where to reach. I have been wrongly accused of a spill and charged heavy cleaning fee without prior consent.
In my life I don’t think I’ve experienced worst customer service as it turns out they don’t have any customer.A company that relies on Facebook and Instagram as their main point of contact isn’t a real point of service. I left my phone in the taxi but there is no way to contact DIdi at all. I am going to the police. Even there emergency hotline isn’t maned.
No option to contact customer service and they do not respond to disputes raised. One of my ride started without me boarding and they charged me extra even though it was rider’s mistake. Also rates are ridiculously higher than Uber.
