Zugang mit App PIN finde ich gut

Cada vez que quiero entrar entrar en la app. Tengo que desinstalarla y volver a instalarla. No puedo realizar transferencias ni activar mi tarjeta. Y no tienen opción para que te atiendan en inglés telefónicamente. He enviado varios emails. Y todavía no he tenido respuesta.

Viel mehr braucht man nicht zu sagen. Nutze idR. spanische Bankprogramme und bin immer froh, wenn ich die Aufgeräumtheit der DKB App nutzen kann.

Wie kann es in 2024 möglich sein, dass eine Bank keine Überweisung in Echtzeit durchführen kann? Und jetzt kommt es noch besser: wenn ich heute eine Überweisung veranlasse, dann ist der nächstmögliche Termin für die Ausführung der 4/7? Gehts noch? Wie funktioniert das bei euch? Geht es nur wen omma am pc sitzt und alles von Hand eingibt? Und ist Inma jetzt 3 Tage krankgeschrieben? Was ist das für eine Bank?

It took me three weeks to get access to my account since I formalized my contract. I linked my app with my cellphone successfully and my app was constantly telling me that I needed to contact customer service. I called them at least 5 times, 15 min on average just to get to talk with a person, without successful solution to my problem. Customer support was unable to solve my problem and constantly saying “we will pass it on to our technical department. If it’s not solved within three working days please call again”. After 3 weeks I finally had access. The app works but still from time to time show login errors. Overall unreliable performance. I will keep using this app and bank because of the international withdrawal conditions they offer. However, I wouldn’t put my savings nor my salary income into this bank. Their customer service is extremely poor, they lack staff, and although friendly highly ineffective when it comes to find a quick solution for your problems. An online bank cannot afford to have poor performance in their app and customer support.

I have never been able to access the app as it keeps saying that my device is not recognised. I’ve called to DKB several times now since the old app was shout down. I’ve spent to much of my time waiting for and talking to customer service. They always tell me that I have to wait one week and log in again, but it never works. To have an app to access your baking is key for me, and DKB is not able to provide me that. I will change my bank account and close everything in DKB, that was enough.

Funktioniert ganz gut für mich, allerdings finde ich das User Interface etwas billig wirkend. Nachdem das Problem behoben wurde, das internationale Mobilnummern erst nicht akzeptiert wurden, kann ich die App auch endlich nutzen.

Die App funktioniert nur bedingt ich werde bei Änderungen der Adresse oder Telefonnummer auf eine Web weitergeleitet. Dort kann ich ich entweder die Roboter Abfrage nicht passieren oder falls das mal funktioniert kann ich die Tan aus tan2go nicht eingesehen da die manuelle Eingabe des Codes mir sagt dass mein Passwort falsch ist und mit Face ID funktioniert es auch nicht beim Reset Versuch geht das ganze Spiel wieder von vorne los

Funktioniert auf dem IPhone 13 Pro immer noch nicht. Auch die Version 2.0.0. nicht. Obendrein schreibt man an die DKB mit Ihren Formularen (2 mal in meinem Fall) und die antworten nur mit einer standardformulierung. Ich gehe jede Wette mit Euch ein, dass die auf diese Rezension mit “bitte setzen sie sich mit uns in Verbindung“ antworten. Werde ich, dann zum dritten Mal und falls nichts passiert, kommt die Kündigung hinterher.
