Unfortunately have to use it as a private cutomer since June 2012. Bank switched to wokism and a terrible AI module, unable to respond with precise answers. Mandated, forced switch to App late Sept. 2024. Worked fine for two (2) weeks. However following Apple software upgrade neither biometric (fingerprint) nor passwort were accepted. Locked out since 17. Oct. 24 and unable to get Support. Send twelve {12} e-mails. AI accknowledged receipt, but non of the promised replies reached us. Only after costly sending Overseas mail received a call and could log into acct for twenty-four (24) hours. Locked out anew.
