Not able to login the app, I have no problem logging into the website though.

The login credentials (username and password) set via the Dragonpass website don’t work to log in. Moreover, one cannot use the copy and paste function when logging in so I had to memorise and then type out the whole membership number and password manually (only to be told the password was wrong, which it wasn’t). Very user-unfriendly.

With DragonPass membership from my bank I am able to access worldwide airport lounges and countless offers for dining. Brilliant! I didn’t encounter any issue while using the app or redeeming the services.

Lousy program with hidden terms that restrict the use of lounges you were told you could access. Customer service is lazy and copy/pastes their slow responses. In one word, scam. Would rate zero if I could.

I tried to activate my membership and I have connexion issue as a return.

Nul comme application. Est ce une grosse arnaque?

When you log in it want a code but where do you get the code ? They don’t send you one, totally useless!

This is biggest issue from beginning

Was able to download and activate to set up my account. Next time I wanted to login said app needed an update however no update available until following day. Following day got the update and now the login button does nothing. The app is clearly not stable/operational.

You would think that all the bad reviews about the app. Someone might have done something. But no. Don’t waste your time.
