Why the actual f###k do I have to log into the app every single time I open it. This is the most annoying thing ever, please do some developing of you application, basic apps have this functionality.... its honestly shocking that a company that charges so much can’t even retain login information or allow for fingerprint... Come on

The login newer works. ABSA please get your business together. This is a embarrassment for all users.

The Absa traveller app is no longer working (2019) and we now have to use the Dragonpass app directly. However, the Dragonpass app does not recognise my login details/membership number. Absa please sort out this mess. I need lounge access asap. Don’t now why Absa did not stay with Priority Pass, endless problems with Dragonpass since switch over.

Tries to creat password using instructions given, but not possible on app! How frustrating! This is so basic!!! Also seems to have lost my previous account details. Does not recognise it!!! ABSA, time to revisit your association here.

Keeps telling me I have no internet when on WiFi. I switch it off and then try and the app crashes. Not worth the frustration.

The App simply does not work! I have an account, can enter via laptop, but App says that I am not connected to the Internet, which is rubbish!

The app is waste of time. The app get stuck with a blank "confirm" popup when one trties to login for the first time. Cant use it. Extremely bad design and to think ABSA partnered with them!

This is attempt three. Thought it was me and then checked! Still can not log after the update. The username and password works fine on the mobile website, but the app does not accept it. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I tried to activate my membership and I have connexion issue as a return.

Nul comme application. Est ce une grosse arnaque?
