Payment not working, support line useless
I called the support line and hear strange noise. I used 4 different cards but it keep saying error even after charged my card successfully

I called the support line and hear strange noise. I used 4 different cards but it keep saying error even after charged my card successfully
I logged in for the first time and it showed that my membership had not been activated. I clicked Confirm to activate and it hung there, showing back the login screen. Please fix it ASAP
I've got a account benefit so I install the latest version of this app to use on my iphone 8 plus. But whenever I fill down my email address/ new password/ confirm new password And press "Continue", it will load for 2 seconds then crash out, and automatically back to phone's home screen. Try to delete the app, install again but same. Please fix it asap. Thanks
Waste of time to login when needed
can not open app after installing, package signature error appears!!!
Currently dragon pass is having problems as payments cannot be received. App is not retaining or processing card information for purchases. Spoken to customer services and at the moment there is nothing they can do. I suggest the find a solution quickly ,like setup a web payment page that is the same price card holders normally pay . Hopefully this gets sorted soon
The latest update freezes when trying to add a payment card. This pretty much renders the app useless: no payment card means no ability to purchase lounge passes! I raised a support request with DragonPass more than a week ago and, other than a response advising that the issue had been escalated to the relevant department, I haven’t received any feedback nor has a fix been implemented. Really disappointing that a major update has been released without effective testing of such a fundamental feature.
No details retained after new app. Can’t add new card
I’m registered blind, got notification about the App update, logged in to find my details not retained in the migration, now I can’t enter my preferred payment card, furthermore I can’t purchase any passes for upcoming trips and these passes are now shown in $USD when previously in £GBP, I called Dragon Pass Manchester, it was suggested i purchase my passes through their website, this price per pass was almost double what I normally pay and I refuse to do this, Dragon Pass say they’ll callback but I guess it’s no lounge for us this upcoming trip, poor poor service 🙄
I’ve tried adding 3 or 4 different cards and they either don’t work (payment failed) or won’t get added by the app, no error message just back to the add details screen :(
