After one long flight you are looking forward to some food which isn’t served in single use plastic. You pull out your phone and fire up this app and you are met with the welcome page. Login details didn’t survive the update, again... To the developer: please fix this annoying bug!
I tried to activate my membership and I have connexion issue as a return.

When you log in it want a code but where do you get the code ? They don’t send you one, totally useless!
This is biggest issue from beginning
Was able to download and activate to set up my account. Next time I wanted to login said app needed an update however no update available until following day. Following day got the update and now the login button does nothing. The app is clearly not stable/operational.
You would think that all the bad reviews about the app. Someone might have done something. But no. Don’t waste your time.
On me demande un code d’activation que je n’ai jamais reçu. Payer 99$ US pour un seul accès à un lounge?!?!
Seems like a scam version or an old version of the Mastercard Travel Pass.
Logging in fine on the computer. The same login info fails on the mobile app. Tried logging with email and card number, both fail. Pathetic!
