Furthermore, the service in Kazakhstan was subpar; my shipment was handed over to a Russian company that not only charged exorbitant fees for their services but also complicated the process for those who wished to handle customs clearance independently. From what I've gathered in other reviews, my experience is not unique—many have pointed out the inefficiencies and high costs associated with FedEx's service in this region. For those considering shipping options in Kazakhstan, I would recommend exploring alternatives like DHL, which may offer more reliable and cost-effective solutions. It’s always a good idea to read reviews and gather as much information as possible before deciding on a delivery service.

app has a terrible 2-factor authentication implementation. frequently have to re-authenticate, app crashes on successful auth, and it takes quite a while for emails to arrive. uninstalled because an unauthenticated browser experience is far better than using this app.
It rarely works correctly.
It always seems to have an issue. Half the time I just delete it and use the website. Now, it will not allow me to remove old tracking numbers and a day later still showing packages in route after it’s been delivered. I have to delete the app and reinstall to get old tracking numbers removed from my list. It’s always something.

FedEx delivered my package to another location and took a picture of it. Well I don’t know where this picture came from because my door, the mat and stairs does not exist. Who door is this that you taking pictures of?
As much times as you have delivered to my address and correct apt number is insulting.
You never came to my address or the complex that I live in. There needs to be a signature required for deliveries, that way I have the option to pick up at the FedEx location or you deliver again to the correct address. This is ridiculous like where is this place?
