Track:
• Enrol onto FedEx Delivery Manager® to take control of your deliveries*
• Interactive map view to help you track packages in near-real time*
• Request to hold a package at a nearby FedEx location or set a holiday hold for all of your packages*
• Leave delivery instructions for your driver*
• Sign for packages from your phone*
• Enable mobile push notifications*
• Enrol onto Shop & Track to view the status of online orders (even if it’s not shipped by FedEx). You can even search by tracking number, order number, merchant and more*
• View photo proof of residential delivery once your package arrives or a delivery attempt when a delivery is missed*

Records deleted
There have been many occasions my added tracking numbers automatically deleted and I have to add them all over again. This is very inconvenient and not a good user expereice.

Delayed overnight delivery
overnight delivery delayed another day because delivery was attempted at midnight?!?! Just nuts.
terrible 2fa
app has a terrible 2-factor authentication implementation. frequently have to re-authenticate, app crashes on successful auth, and it takes quite a while for emails to arrive. uninstalled because an unauthenticated browser experience is far better than using this app.
It rarely works correctly.
It always seems to have an issue. Half the time I just delete it and use the website. Now, it will not allow me to remove old tracking numbers and a day later still showing packages in route after it’s been delivered. I have to delete the app and reinstall to get old tracking numbers removed from my list. It’s always something.

Just Wrong all Levels
FedEx delivered my package to another location and took a picture of it. Well I don’t know where this picture came from because my door, the mat and stairs does not exist. Who door is this that you taking pictures of? As much times as you have delivered to my address and correct apt number is insulting. You never came to my address or the complex that I live in. There needs to be a signature required for deliveries, that way I have the option to pick up at the FedEx location or you deliver again to the correct address. This is ridiculous like where is this place?
2FA = Trash Experience
The 2FA login does not last on this app requiring constant reauthentication. Once the code is provided, the app exits unexpectedly. No option to provide feedback in the app either.
Hand off
My item was handed off to USPS immediately so no acurate tracking , no accurate updates no actual delivery date. I will advise the shipper of my purchase how lousy this has turned out to be. The item will arrive late and we have no idea when at this point.
