My AirPods were literally next to me on the couch and then it said 2hours away like wow

Useless app

When the pods’ charge is dead and u want to find them it is so useless the sound wont come out it just doesn’t work Also it doesn’t work unless u connect the case which is very useless And the sound is extremely confusing. It seems like it is coming out from 2 different direction!! Why cant i just press find and actually find them without so many complications ?
