You shouldn’t need their support. But when you do, it is quite competent and fast (go for a live agent). The roaming is not working flawlessly everywhere and it could be cheaper. But it works for me.

It is way too expensive, quickly it cost US$100… If it’s 70% off, it’s still more expensive than competitors!! Try BNESIM , much much cheaper…

Their plans don’t work and the customer service takes extremely long, until you don’t need the eSIM for travelling anymore. In that case, they will simply tell you that they ‚can only do real-time troubleshooting, so when you’re not in the country anymore there’s nothing to be done‘. Get Airalo instead. The plans are a little more expensive (around 12%) but at least those work.

Initially a computer replied to my question and was completely useless. Then a person came online and the issue was resolved within a minute. Good service!

I had to change my esim several times before it worked. WhatsApp Support is okay but the whole thing is just annoying. My package was useless and my money was thrown out of the window.

I had to work while being abroad and ran out of my roaming plan with standard subscription. Luckily discovered this service - first couldn’t I stall it but after messaging to support (conveniently on WhatsApp) they helped me update all the settings and I am free to travel and work now 🙌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
