The FlexiRoam service is okay, but the app is absolutely terrible. Can’t change the currency, and it’s buggy and irritating as hell.

The newer app seems to constantly runs into issues. It doesn’t seem to stay logged in and feels more directed to selling more service. Simple plan views are more complicated to access and I’ve yet to launch it with no issues.

This is not a review of the service, just the app itself. After less than 5 mins using it, the app is horrible. It’s buggy, slow and unresponsive. It needs some real work.

Keeps crashing.. Doesn’t work at all

The new app version is a real step back. It has lost un-activated plans that I have bought and paid for. ‘Help’ is no help at all, I’m in a queue, who knows how long, because ‘all our agents are busy’. I’m sure they are, with thousands of annoyed customers.

Great app, I’ve used in both India and Thailand and it’s worked really well. Customer service are very responsive and helpful. I had an issue today with my eSIM and they responding in minutes on WhatsApp to help resolve it

I’ve used at least two other eSim providers before trying this and had no difficulty connecting. FlexiRoam would not activate, even though I followed the app’s instructions and those in subsequent emails and from their support. I wasted time with this - don’t waste yours

Payed for a 7 day Europe app . Activated and not able to connect to eSIM Customer service advised settings fix which I followed to the letter .Problem was once activated wouldn’t connect to eSIM and couldn’t find link anywhere .Advice very poor . 3 rd time I’ve had problems connecting to e sim the link doesn’t exist . Gets expensive paying $ 25 per link and not being able to connect . Now Can’t even log into app sais can’t connect to internet .Recommend Not to use this company as no helpful remedies you just end up loosing Money .

Added the phone number and then they asked for email address, 2 different emails entered and finally on only one of them o could click on the link. The site and app is so bugged kept on asking for more email address to send promos and no options to skip it. Rubbish app

I’m hopeless with technology but Brenda had the patience of a saint and guided me through the setting up process. Excellent customer service.
