Overall is impressive

I’m traveling around the world and Flexiroam is just right for my lifestyle, no need for carrying the mifi device which save some space my bag. Usage wise, it works well in most of the countries. There are few time that there are some problems but the support team will reply your email just in a minute after you contacted them. Apart from normal data price, overall is impressive especially service from support team.

Good global data and customer service

It’s expensive in general but there is promotion. So I have to wait many time until there is a big discount. If discount is given more often that would be better Their customer service via Instagram is fast in solving data issue. The global data is great too

Support replied back to me so fast and they could provide assistance until I fixed the connection problem. All the best Flexiroam team.

Worth to try, good for travels

Very helpful for traveling to other country. You don't have to buy new sim every time you travel to new country. Prices are good. Worth to try for sure

Attention and warning

Hi guys, I have installed and analyzed this app. This service is not what apple digital sim or esim was created for! Actually this app it's like you buy a sim card and purchasing a roaming data from this company which you can get data roaming on your own physical simcard much cheaper and easier! I don't know why this app was created and named it as an esim! Sounds like a scam to me. Just be careful

Unstable signal

Not able to receive data calls on Line app and unstable signal on other voice data apps.

Cannot scan barcode

I lost my sim. Now I bought a new one and can set up everything but i cannot scan barcode to activate flexiroam.

Massive deterioration in tariffs

365 days Global is only available from 50GB. Before that from 5GB. When asking support for the reason, you only get meaningless and evasive answers. Current alternative "Airalo"
