When I was at the airport I scanned all documents but one. I opened the App to only find out that the one that I missed is showing up on the screen but I have to mail it in but it’s not stamped. I was not made aware at the airport that I needed it to be stamped. The other scanned docs that I scanned - only 1 out of the 6 showed up on the App. Quite frankly, I am extremely upset. Either the merchant didn’t information properly or the Kiosk didn’t pick up the barcode scan. Either way, not caring and don’t know how to get my VAT back because the App doesn’t explain other ways of claiming once you’ve left France. I spent a bit of money in France and I’m upset that I’m not getting my money back.
Does not work
App does not work most of the time and makes you login but then says service unavailable.
Works ok, but not used
The app works fine, the problem is that the refund counter at Oslo airport wanted the paper copies and did not even look at the app.
Total rip off
This app does not work properly. You have to get everything stamped before you leave Norway even though the stores said you don’t. I left at 6 am before the offices at the airport opened. Impossible to get customer service
App doesn’t work properly
The app is missing some of my purchases even though I registered them all. Furthermore, for the purchases that are in there it is claiming that I won’t get my refund unless my cc is entered BUT my cc is already entered correctly. I’m having a hard time contacting anyone from global blue for help too.
Most expensive tax refund service: 25% more than others
This tax refund service is the most expensive of all. They are taxing you 25% more than any other tax refund service. THIEFS. THIEFS!!!!
Does not refund. SCAM
The desk at the airport told me to use the app. I added my credit card but status is still refund pending but does not let me choose the refund choice. I also added to my wallet but no luck. I tried to use the only chat but it only has the automated bot. Once it tries to take you to an real person/agent it says none are available and ends the chat. Disappointing is putting it lightly

**scam** Do not use the App
I followed all the step and validated my tax refund form at the custom office in the airport then drop the form back to Global Blue. They ate my refund and said the form a have not been validated within the period. This is a joke! There is no ways to contact Global Blue but let them ste my refund, I can’t believe they using such way to cheat customers. I would suggest to take the cash at the airport but don’t use the app at all.

I first tried to get my refund on the app, but it kept giving me a generic technical error message when I was entering my credit card information. And that of course, after I had already entered all my information for my profile, including my credit card!! Then, at the physical store at the airport, they just give you multiples of 5 euros, so they stay with all the change to them 🤬
